Huber Grajales owns and operates the 10-acre farm called Finca la Diana, which has a micro-mill to process the harvest, allowing for meticulous care in cherry selection, depulping, fermenting, and drying the coffee. Huber is members of the Cooperativa de Caficultores de Manizales, which helps Huber gain access to technical support for best agricultural practices.
